About Me

You know you’re destined to be a Life Coach if you: a) get into deep conversations with strangers after only minutes of meeting; b) your favorite topics are philosophy, self-development, and the human condition; c) send postcards written in crayon to friends that have come to you over the years with their concerns. In other words: nothing feels more natural to me than coaching. I have developed many programs that I think you will love. I have honed in my natural intuitive skill to listen so you ARE heard and be present in moment showered with curiosity. When it comes to humanity, I show my love on my sleeve.

My Story

I am a sis female, she/her pronouns, and identify as caucasian sprinkled with native Canadian (Northern Cree), LGBTQ+, no political affiliation, and motherhood. I believe in holistic healing, sex positivity, and spirituality, mostly I believe in possibilities. I put myself through university while working, had multiple careers, been divorced, have traveled to 13 countries, a mother of three young children, enjoy mountaineering, and have a chronic autoimmune disease (HS).

I majored in Philosophy with an emphasis on Cultural Ethics. I have a minor in Human Development, Child Development, Psychology, and Creative Writing. I am currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I coached competitive Rock Climbing for 8 years and have been in customer service management for over 25 years.

I decided to pursue Life Coaching 17 years ago, however, life distractions and a lack of self-confidence led me down other paths, until now! I utilize a holistic approach to both Health and Life Coaching, connecting body to mind to emotions to passions to actions. I aid in transformation, goals, and accountability toward personal freedom, life meaning, and bodily health.

Values

I value freedom, equality, compassion, growth, possibility, and love. We are all on our own journeys. I believe you are the only one who knows your story. Teach me your story and tell me your goals, and through confidential non-judgmental empathetic understanding, I will help get you to a version of yourself that is congruent with who you are, toward self-actualization. My values do not matter when viewing your journey, but yours do!

Whether you have Health Goals or Life Goals, I provide the HOW to get you to where you want to go.

“How you show up for one thing in life is how you show up for everything in life; even yourself.”

So, where do you want to go? Why are you not there yet? Are you ready for this journey? Are you willing to take the first step?

Many of us deny self-care. I know I did for years! We make sure those around us are taken care of first. But if you are not the best version of yourself, how can you show up for others? The first step is a huge one; investing in yourself. I challenge you to show up for yourself, and take action. I believe in you. You got this!
